A Culinary Legacy, Reimagined
Born from the ancient soul of Bukhara cuisine, our story is steeped in tradition and guided by a modern vision. The dishes we serve are inspired by the rustic, robust fare of the Northwest Frontier, known for its smoky tandoori flavors, creamy dals, and slow-cooked kebabs that once graced the tables of kings and courtiers.
At the heart of our menu is the legendary Dal Bukhara — a black lentil delicacy simmered for hours to perfection, embodying both simplicity and depth. Each dish is a meticulously crafted masterpiece, created not only to nourish but to transport — evoking nostalgia, pride, and the royal essence of Indian cuisine.

Our Team
Jiten Sibal
ince the late 1980s, restauranteur Jiten Sibal has committed his life working in hospitality and providing guests with the finest and most memorable culinary experiences. He began is education journey at IHM Pusa, being one of the primer hospitality institutions in India. Jiten worked increasingly hard within the culinary and hospitality scene in New Delhi. He began his career endeavours in ITC Maurya where he worked in the famous kitchens of their signature restaurants one being; Bukhara. After relocating to the United States, Jiten diligently worked in the food and beverage industry, and always had a vision to create and grow his own Indian restaurant. After years of work in the industry, Jiten, with the help of his family has opened Bahaara-Indian Kitchen which encapsulates his love for Indian cooking, and the decades of experiences he brings to the art of Indian cooking and hospitality.
